Job Description:

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations. Your expertise lies in proactively managing supply chain processes with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. SOP Development & Process Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal standards.
  • Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead time, on-time-in-full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel or other relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support the procurement of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with QA, QC, production, and planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or business administration.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
