Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

  1. Analyze business needs and challenges through close collaboration with clients.
  2. Apply advanced analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain planning strategies, leveraging their expertise in Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning software.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Skills:
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.g., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.
  • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.
  • Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations.
  • Functional and technical Experience SCM Planning.
  • Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., Process flows).
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
