Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
  • Implement planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Model the supply chain to optimize production schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate with production teams to balance conflicting objectives and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts through data analysis and proactive communication.
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle product releases and features to contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, Inventory, Work in Progress (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and other related modules.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and delivering results.
