We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain functions for our factory. This pivotal role involves:

  • Developing and executing production planning and control strategies
  • Sourcing and procuring raw materials and indirect goods
  • Optimizing plant stores, logistics, and scrap management processes
  • Ensuring timely procurement of materials and consumables

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities

This position oversees:

  • Production planning and scheduling to minimize downtime
  • Procurement and supplier coordination to ensure quality compliance
  • Inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Warehousing and logistics to achieve OTIF deliveries
  • Cost optimization and process improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and foster a collaborative environment driving continuous improvement.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce with a specialization in Supply Chain Management
  • 12-20 years of experience in supply chain or operations management in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices

Preferred candidates will have experience in flexible packaging, FMCG, chemicals, pharma, or automotive components industries.
