The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, benefits, sales, legal, and administrative matters. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee and execute executive team projects, including C-level initiatives.
This HR Manager will develop and implement HR best practices, policies, and procedures across teams. They will lead and build a professional HR organization, ensuring effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of business risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Talent management is also a key aspect of this role, requiring the ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. The HR Manager will collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate tasks, manage vendor and customer contracts, and help build/implement systems for client retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage HR tasks, benefits, sales, legal, and administrative matters

- Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Manage vendor and customer contracts
The ideal candidate for this position should have 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role. They should also have experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Apart from that, the candidate should have demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment. They should also have advanced experience enhancing programs or processes through business and organizational insights, as well as managing competing priorities.
Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with diverse stakeholder groups. They should be able to provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs, and understand data environments and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
