Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, 360° feedback).
  • Foster employee engagement and leadership development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance, HR operations, and policy frameworks across projects.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 12-18 years of experience.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in project-based industries (EPC, construction, consulting, IT, etc.).
  • Strong project HR operations, performance management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High adaptability with excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities.
