Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for creating documentation, ensuring technical work is properly prioritized, and serving as the primary contact for Workday configuration.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise between business and technical groups to ensure ongoing communication and development is clear.
- Act as an ambassador for Workday internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
- Propose opportunistic new product ideas and strategies with a wide variety of audiences.
- Participate in Agile team ceremonies and ensure team commitments by setting clear development priorities.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents necessary for the ongoing successful use of the application.
- 5+ years experience as an analyst or system administrator of the Workday platform.
- Understanding of Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and system to system integrations.
- Experience migrating configurations and changes across multiple Workday tenants.
- Understanding of Workday's security and experience assigning roles and security groups.
