Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer at Preservient Systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on exciting client projects in web development and app development. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration, and providing exceptional solutions for our clients.


·       Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web and mobile applications for a variety of client projects.

·       Develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites and applications, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.

·       Work on both front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby) technologies.

·       Implement UI/UX designs into interactive web pages and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·       Build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimizing for speed and scalability.

·       Ensure the visual elements of the application are user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive.

·       Build server-side logic and manage databases for dynamic web and mobile applications.

·       Develop RESTful APIs, handle client-server communication, and integrate third-party services.

·       Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient back-end systems.

·       Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, offering technical advice and ensuring the project aligns with their goals.

·       Communicate progress, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to clients, both verbally and in writing.

·       Deliver high-quality code on time and provide post-launch support as needed.

·       Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.

·       Utilize CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and updates.

·       Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full development stack.

·       Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality software.

·       Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile methodologies.

·       Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve development practices and processes.

·       Provide innovative solutions to improve application performance and usability.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

·       Strong knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.

·       Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

·       Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

·       Proficiency with Git and experience using platforms like GitHub/GitLab.

·       Familiarity with mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.

·       Experience working in Agile development teams using tools like Jira or Trello.

·       Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with debugging tools for both front-end and back-end issues.

·       Understanding of security protocols and how to apply them in both web and app development.


Preferred Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

·       Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
