Job Overview

The Point Lead plays a pivotal role in driving channel expansion within the catchment territory, ensuring the optimal performance of retail outlets, and operationalizing all Jio points within a Jio Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory
  • Monitor the performance of retail outlets
  • Operationalize all Jio points within a Jio Centre
  • Own the performance of preferred outlets
  • Ensure world-class customer experience
  • Maintain hygiene and governance
  • Monitor productivity of the team
  • Evaluate and train the team and channel partners

Requirements:
  • Graduation degree in any discipline is required
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
