Job Title: Home Connect Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Home Connect operations in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution of Home Connect activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Drive Home Connect and Care operations in the assigned territory
2. Source and train technicians by partnering with target colleges
3. Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for technicians
4. Mentor and guide technicians to enhance productivity
5. Ensure zero-defect execution of Home Connect activities
6. Drive Home Connect installation and fault repair-related SLA
7. Ensure customer satisfaction
8. Ensure adherence to processes as per company-defined SLAs
