Key Role

We are seeking a driven Wealth Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation from High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role is focused on building a qualified pipeline of investors for our Real Estate Fund. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products, and a strong ability to identify, connect with, and qualify HNI prospects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and Reach Out to HNI Clients: Identify and reach out to HNI clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Build and Maintain a Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
Key Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to HNI client acquisition, preferably in Real Estate or Investment Funds.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.
