Quantitative Product SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled quantitative professional to join our investment team and support the development of global strategies spanning macro, alternatives, specialized investments, and tax benefit solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, producing custom portfolio analysis, factor attribution, and performance monitoring. They will also work with existing backtesters and reporting tools to support business development and client requests.The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials in a quantitative, technical, finance, or economics discipline, and 2+ years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, consulting, or financial services. Strong understanding of portfolio theory, risk/return concepts, and investment structures is essential, as well as proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn) and SQL. They should also be comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.A strong written and verbal communication skillset is required, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and analyze intricate datasets to produce insights tailored to audience and business objectives. Additionally, they must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a high-demand environment.The successful candidate will be a problem solver who can work independently and collaborate across global teams. They should be mature, thoughtful, and able to operate effectively in a team-oriented culture.
