Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a network of partners to drive sales growth through tailored strategies and performance metrics.
  • Optimize partnership performance, identify new revenue streams, and leverage strong relationship-building skills.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven action plans as needed.
  • Onboard new partners with comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure targets are met, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching.
  • Gather competitor insights, track market developments, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Recommend business initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or channel development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
