Job Title: Sr. Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead and execute large-scale projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, extensive knowledge of construction techniques, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership abilities, combined with hands-on expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and quality control, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain high-quality records and reports, including progress updates and quality checks
  • Travel extensively across the country as required for project supervision and site visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering industry
  • Strong project planning, execution, and control skills, with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project planning tools, MS Office, and other relevant software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
