Project Lead Position Overview

Project Leads are accountable for managing and executing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. The role involves overseeing multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering projects within defined scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving collective success.
  • Ensuring effective risk management through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing project requirements.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or Management).
  • At least 12-14 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
