The role of a Campaign Solutions Developer is pivotal in the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns. This position involves working closely with the campaign team to design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign.

- Develop timely and accurate workflows on a timely basis as per requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate queries into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrate technical skills in Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign.
- Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaigns and technical issues, and make necessary modifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Manage communication status reporting, create standard delivery reports, and develop new ad-hoc reports using available tools.
- Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, and Excel functions.
- Effective problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements.
