Driving business growth in IT and technology staffing requires a forward-thinking approach to build strong relationships with clients, understand their technical needs, and deliver exceptional solutions.

This is a critical role that demands a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring our services meet their expectations and exceed them when possible.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development within the technology and IT staffing industry
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Self-motivation with excellent time management and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow existing client relationships in the technology and IT staffing sector
  2. Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach
  3. Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions
  4. Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients
  5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
  6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  7. Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management
  8. Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
  9. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  10. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
  11. Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback
  12. Monitor the progress of open requisitions and provide updates to clients
  13. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
  14. Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process
  15. Manage candidate submission and interview process
  16. Ensure regular and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  17. Aid in penetrating new industries to grow and expand our client base

Requirements include a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites. Self-motivation, excellent time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
