Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to analyze revenue maximization strategies for all revenue streams, ensuring the company's financial health.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analysis of short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends and patterns in group inventories and rates.
  2. Monitoring marketing channels and key account production to ensure rate parity and effective distribution support.
  3. Reviewing future booking and evaluating trends to optimize revenue management strategies.
  4. Updating all channels of distribution with rate or inventory restrictions as needed.
  5. Developing region-specific strategies to drive growth and establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance.
  6. Monitoring and analyzing competition weekly through various channels to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions, including research, planning, market positioning, and yield management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Statistical and competitive analysis skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
