
Senior Revenue Growth Manager

The primary goal of this role is to analyze revenue maximization strategies for all revenue streams, ensuring the company's financial health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends and patterns in group inventories and rates.
- Monitoring marketing channels and key account production to ensure rate parity and effective distribution support.
- Reviewing future booking and evaluating trends to optimize revenue management strategies.
- Updating all channels of distribution with rate or inventory restrictions as needed.
- Developing region-specific strategies to drive growth and establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing competition weekly through various channels to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions, including research, planning, market positioning, and yield management.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Statistical and competitive analysis skills.
