Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and managing key business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share and drive profitability.
  • Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee business development and manage the process of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor performance and report on progress and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including experience leading and motivating teams.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
  • Sales and marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.
  • Business development experience, with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Relationship management skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Market knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the relevant industry and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
  • Proficient in working with SAP HANA.

Skills and Experience

  • Well-versed with Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Billing to Collection, LCBG, Export Documentation and MIS Review.
  • Experience with coordinating with all customers for timely collection, A/c collection and reconciliation.
