About Our Customer Data Platform Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our customer data platform team. This role offers a strong foundation for a career in MarTech, data engineering, and analytics.

This position involves working with industry-leading marketing technology tools, managing large-scale customer data, and contributing to creating actionable insights for business decision-making.

You will gain hands-on experience in the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage MarTech tools for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
