Property Operations Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and communicating the actions taken in a professional manner.
  • Owning and resolving client requests or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintaining close monitoring of helpdesk and customer service operations.
  • Conducting regular site visits to identify areas for improvement and reporting findings to management.
  • Fostering strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and sharing consolidated feedback reports with the team for process improvement.
  • Ensuring that all client complaints or requests are handled efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staying informed about building operating procedures and protocols.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and inventory management.
  • Coordinating events, parties, and corporate social responsibility activities, while maintaining the property's facilities and guest services.
  • Serving as a secondary point of contact for occupants in cases of client escalation.
  • Developing and approving schedules for the helpdesk team based on operational needs to maintain optimal property performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with building operations and maintenance practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
