About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Manipal Hospitals. As a pioneer in Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals is among the top healthcare providers in India, serving over 7 million patients annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain reports for HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment trends.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the HR management information system (HRMIS) for streamlined operations.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of salary structures, benefits programs, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with the Unit teams and Finance teams to track and analyze HR-MIS and budgets.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on workforce planning, performance, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Gather and analyze data related to employee demographics, turnover rates, recruitment costs, and other HR metrics.
  • Ensure HR systems are regularly updated, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with SAP team for system improvements.
  • Assist with compensation surveys, pay equity analysis, and benefits reviews.
  • Monitor HR spending against budget and provide reports to HR leadership.
  • Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management projects.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics with exposure to HRMIS, budgeting, and compensation & benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMIS platforms, Power Query, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
