HR Generalist Role

Human Resources is a vital function within our organization, and we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and policy implementation.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by developing strategies to enhance organization culture, employee engagement, and maintaining HR systems and records. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates
  • Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
  • Training and development programs, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives
  • Compliance with employment laws and policies, including staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity, including handling sensitive information and making ethical decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
  • Expertise in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
