We are seeking an expert in ServiceNow ITOM configuration to join our team.

  • Experience with Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems is required.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is also necessary.
  • The ability to develop and enhance ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, and script automated processes, is crucial.

About the Role:
