Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Aligarh, India

  • 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Experience in implementing Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow

Key Requirements:

  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
