Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure
  • Familiarity with IT security policies
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
