We are on a mission to build a strong ecosystem of Pre-School Facilitators and Caregivers through large-scale certifications, upskilling, and capacity-building initiatives.

This is a target-driven leadership role requiring strong team-building skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale operations quickly across multiple states.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles.
  • Communication: Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken & written).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.
