Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of complex transformation program within data portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that meet customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across a range of stakeholders.
  • Produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts to enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Understand the user journey end to end, which goes beyond the system.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models by adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and data types.
Requirements:
  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience (4-10 years).
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, with experience covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), creating and delivering high-quality data models.
  • Maintain quality metadata and data-related artefacts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, unambiguity, reliability, accessibility, traceability, and validity.
  • A team player with a self-starter approach, having a sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work in fast-paced and continuously changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building rapport and relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist in successfully delivering projects.
