We are seeking a skilled data scientist to drive next-best-action decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modelling: Build, validate and deploy machine learning models using Python and AWS SageMaker.
  • Commercial Analysis: Analyze customer segmentation, lifetime value (CLV), and campaign performance to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align models with business objectives and operational workflows.
  • Cloud Optimization: Optimize model deployment on AWS, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Insight Communication: Translate technical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and commercial analytics trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including complex queries and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from ambiguous data is required. Effective communication skills are also essential for articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
