Job Description
  • The role involves managing the creation, updates, and deletion of master data.
  • Manage user access and roles with high-level security protocols.
  • Ensure data quality through validation and collaboration with QA analysts if necessary.
  • Commission and decommission data sets as needed for operational efficiency.
  • Process confidential data according to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to report development and analysis using business intelligence tools.
  • Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, metadata, and security measures.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements for improved data insights.
  • Promote data integrity and normalization initiatives across the organization.
  • Evaluate new software solutions and assist in strategic decisions on system upgrades.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems using data visualization techniques.
  • Troubleshoot reporting database environments and reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze changes and updates to source production systems to provide actionable insights.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards for effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide technical expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience as a Business or Data Analyst or in a related field with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Capacity to analyze tools and databases, and provide software solution recommendations to enhance productivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience handling large data sets and relational databases to drive business growth.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards to ensure data consistency.
