Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
