**Meeting Setter Role Overview**
Schedule qualified meetings with US-based prospects as part of a global team, leveraging effective strategies for cold calling and lead qualification.
This leadership role involves monitoring team performance and ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign success.
We seek an experienced Meeting Setter leader who can train, coach, and mentor appointment setters to excel in their roles.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative approaches for cold calling and meeting setting.
- Maintain accurate data records and utilize CRM systems effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in global meeting setting with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or management position within an appointment setting function.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
- Excellent command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
