Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meeting Setter to lead our global team of appointment setters. This role is responsible for scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects, developing strategies for cold calling and lead qualification, and monitoring team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of meeting setters to achieve high-quality meeting pipelines for our sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective cold calling and lead qualification strategies to improve conversion and appointment rates.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  • Train, coach, and mentor appointment setters on consistent messaging, quality conversations, and team morale.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain clean data records.
  • Continuously refine scripts, outreach strategies, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize team performance and lead quality.
  • Ability to work in US time zones or provide significant overlap for team and client coordination.
