Hiring for a leading EdTech company, Karyarth Consultants is seeking an experienced Tech Upskilling Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can connect with professionals daily, identify their upskilling needs, and provide detailed information about our programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EdTech industry and be able to generate a pipeline of prospects.
Responsibilities:- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily using our CRM system.
- Identify the need for upskilling based on the student's area of interest and create a pool of prospects.
- Provide detailed information about our programs through phone or video counselling and build a strong pipeline.
- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
- A graduate with sales experience, excluding retail sales or presales.
- Freshers with a Tech degree such as BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, or BE (excluding Civil Engineering).
- Experienced candidates should have any degree but must have experience in selling tech courses.
- Experience in EdTech, excluding field sales.
- A competitive salary ranging from ₹600,000 to ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
