Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform SAP Basis functions, including user administration, role assignment, system monitoring, job scheduling, and transport management.
  • Monitor system performance, coordinate patches/upgrades, and work with support partners for issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support in the SAP SD Module and MM for procurement and inventory management, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Assist in managing change requests, including documentation, testing in DEV/Quality, and deployment to Production.
  • Support Master Data uploads and ensure accuracy of entries.
  • Deliver end-user training, guidance, and day-to-day support, helping users effectively utilize SAP.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Quality, Logistics) for issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, GxP, Data Integrity, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents, change requests, and training provided.
  • Coordinate with the SAP Supporting Partner.
  • Manage functional relationships as required.

Requirements:

Desired Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis (user & role management, transport management, monitoring, performance tuning).
  • Working knowledge of MM processes and inter-module integration.
  • SAP certification in Basis (NetWeaver / S/4HANA) is preferred; MM certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in user support, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with pharma IT compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity).
  • Good problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
