Job Title: Consultant - Business Systems Specialist

This role involves providing technical support and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting complex software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including recruitment, performance management, learning management, and succession planning.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and user access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and related software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with ability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
