About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Systems Specialist to manage procurement systems and tools, develop and optimize procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Optimize procurement processes by analyzing current procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing system improvements to boost productivity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Design and maintain performance tracking systems, including dashboards and reports, to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against objectives.
  • Evaluate compliance issues by ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulations, conducting audits, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Explore automation opportunities by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Able to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Able to work in a structured manner, maintaining organization and precision in task execution and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
