As we expand globally, we are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to support our distributed team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote technical assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Processes: Provision laptops, accounts, and tools for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Maintain Documentation: Document technical support procedures and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data and perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Process Improvement & Global Collaboration: Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed.
