OmniStudio Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions.

  • 10+ years of experience in Vlocity and/or Salesforce technology platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, and integration procedures is required.
  • The ideal candidate will develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, including code reviews and enforcement of best practices, are essential.
  • Collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture is critical.
  • Integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors must be led by the successful candidate.
  • Ownership of technical delivery timelines and coordination with project managers, QA, and DevOps are key responsibilities.
  • Adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, must be driven by the team lead.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers within the team is also expected.
