Job Role: Lead Infrastructure Implementation and Support Specialist
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 9-11 years of experience in Software and Hardware Infrastructure implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify hardware and software requirements for product implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
- Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
- Design network security according to customer requirements.
- Deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.
- Use automation for deployments and system upgrades.
- Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.
- Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives and product release training and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers.
- Evaluate new technologies.
- Create customer-requested reports and customer communication.
Education:
- BE (IT/Computers), MCA
Work Location:
- Noida (work from office only)
