Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage Corporate Actions across global positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing Corporate Actions, ensuring accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems.

  • Scrubbing & set up of Corporate Actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
  • Monitoring Corporate Actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Follow-up of events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  2. Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure proper receipt by custodians/agents.
  3. Handle all Corporate Action types within the team's scope.
  4. Provide regular reporting to hierarchy and contribute proactively in meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Adhere to compliance rules and mitigate operational/reputational risks.
  • Escalate promptly when operational risks are detected.
  • Maintain strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.
  • Keep management informed about potential issues or risks.
