
Senior Client Relationship Manager

As a seasoned leader in client services, you will oversee relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners
- Identify areas for improvement and implement change
- Partner with agency leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries
Requirements:
- 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Someone who can manage both detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
- An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
