- Experience in HR Shared Services or equivalent is Mandatory
- Manage all employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs, and SLAs
- Provide timely and effective support for global HR inquiries through various channels
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and security
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex HR-related transactions
- Demonstrated experience in managing ticketing systems and achieving high resolution rates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports
- A degree in human resources or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience in HR operations, human resources systems work, payroll audit, or related area
