Our organization seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Life Insurance Policy Servicing Associate to join our team.

This role involves handling post-issue service requests, maintaining accurate policy records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will research and resolve escalated issues, ensure timely completion of tasks, and provide support for audits and regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process updates to policyholder information, including address changes and beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with TPAs, internal teams, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality service.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks according to Service Level Agreement requirements.
  • Provide accurate documentation and timely responses to support audits and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of policy administration systems, transaction codes, and process workflows.

Requirements:

  • Degree from any field; Commerce background preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in life insurance domain, focusing on quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Previous experience working regular shifts in a professional/office environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications on Windows PCs, including keyboard navigation and software learning.
  • Effective business communication skills for exchanging information with clients.
