Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven insurance professional to lead our life insurance sales team.

About the Role:

  • This is a performance-oriented position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, reference networks, and market activities.
  2. Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  3. Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  5. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing.
  7. Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  8. Maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting formats.
  9. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory).
  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems.
