Job Title: IT Asset Lifecycle Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset management and prior experience handling IT assets, IMAC processes, and reporting.

This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal IT teams to track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.

The successful candidate will also prepare and maintain regular asset reports using MS Excel, monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling, and support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.

Required skills include 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management, good understanding of the asset lifecycle process, hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting), familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools, excellent communication and coordination skills, and attention to detail and process-driven mindset.

To succeed in this role, you will gain experience with enterprise-level asset management processes and be part of a growing team working in a structured IT environment.
