Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy and manage scalable VoIP systems to support business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance, call quality and connectivity issues.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Estimate the effort required to develop and implement new VoIP solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the VoIP domain.
Skill Sets:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Voice/VoIP engineering with experience in real-time systems.
  • Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP and other VoIP protocols.
  • Strong programming skills in C or Golang.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing scalable voice infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise and Open Source VoIP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience working with Linux operating systems.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with speech recognition technologies or Voice AI.
