VoIP Network Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of VoIP Network Engineer in our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure UCCE components, including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, and CUSP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows.
  • Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.

Bonus Skills:

  • High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
