Job Title: Talent and Culture Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent and Culture Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of talent management strategies, ensuring that all colleagues follow correct procedures, and providing support with colleague status changes and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires that aligns with brand standards.
  • Evaluate and manage disciplinary tracking, handling grievances and advising on employment-related matters.
  • Oversight of cafeteria operations, including hygiene and quality standards.

Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with HR certification a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management within the hotel industry, proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving is essential.
