Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and tailor services accordingly.
- Shortlist candidates based on client requirements and preferences.
- Source, screen, and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, and other platforms.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, including managers, HR managers, team members, candidates, and clients.
- Conduct first-level screening/interviews and share suitable candidates with clients.
- Schedule job interviews and assist candidates in the interview process.
- Provide regular reports to management on operations and performance metrics.
